Cookie Policy

We at TPG AB (also “we” and “us”) use cookies, pixels and similar technologies (“cookies”) that give us information about your device and store information on your device, for example your computer, phone or tablet. The information we collect through cookies is used, for example, to see how our website is used, so that we can draw conclusions about what visitors are interested in and what our visitors need. In this Cookie Policy we describe why we use cookies when you visit our website or receive our newsletters.

We care about your privacy and want you to feel safe when you use our website or receive our newsletters. Please contact us if you have any questions about our use of cookies.

Summary – why do we use cookies?

  • If you consent on the website, we use cookies to: show relevant marketing from us on other websites and platforms, and improve our website and our offering.
  • We also need to use cookies to tailor our newsletters, remember your choices, keep you logged in and make the website work.
  • To read more detailed information about how we use cookies, see the sections below.
  • You can change your cookie choices at any time in our cookie tool, which you can find via the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer (the “Cookie Tool”). In the Cookie Tool you can also find information about how long our cookies are used and which services (for example Google) we use on the website.
  • Your rights – When we use cookies, you have certain rights, such as the right to withdraw your consent and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Further down you will find more detailed information about how you can influence which cookies we use.

Who is responsible for the use of cookies and how to contact us

When you use any of our websites, TPG AB, Swedish company registration no. 559447-4321, is responsible for the use of cookies.

If you have questions about how we use cookies, or would like to exercise any of your rights described below, you are welcome to contact us by email at support@tpgab.se or by post at TPG AB, Sven Hansons gata 3, SE-312 96 Laholm, Sweden.

Your privacy

To protect your privacy, we have taken measures to avoid identifying you. For example, your IP address is encrypted so that it is in practice impossible for us to trace who you are. When we process data that can be linked directly or indirectly to you as an individual, we tell you about it in our Privacy Policy.

You can influence the cookies we use

Through the settings in your browser you can block certain types of cookies. If you do, your browser will automatically refuse those cookies, or will inform you each time a website (such as ours) asks to use that type of cookie.

You can choose not to consent to our use of certain types of cookies through our Cookie Tool on the website.

If you choose to consent, you can of course withdraw your consent at any time in the Cookie Tool, which you reach by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer. Such withdrawal applies from that point onwards.

After your visit, you can review and delete the persistent cookies that have been stored in your browser.

If you block or delete necessary cookies, the website will not work as intended and you will not be able to use all of the website’s features. Below we explain what happens if you block or delete such cookies.

You have the right to complain

If you would like more information about cookies or permitted cookie management, or you would like to lodge a complaint about how we handle cookies, you can contact the cookie supervisory authority. In Sweden this is the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS).

If you are in Norway, the cookie supervisory authority is the Norwegian Communications Authority (Nkom). You can also contact the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) about how we process your personal data.

Some cookies continue to be used after your visit

Some cookies (so-called “persistent cookies”) will continue to be used by your browser between sessions, i.e. after you have visited our website, while other cookies (so-called “temporary cookies” or “session cookies”) are only used temporarily. In the Cookie Tool you can see more detail about how long each cookie is used.

Providers and third-party cookies

We mainly use ordinary so-called “HTTP cookies”, but we also use more advanced pixel cookies and third-party cookies from various providers of marketing services. Some of these providers will use the information collected for their own purposes, but the vast majority of our providers do not use the information for their own purposes and act only on our instructions. In the sections below we have, as far as possible, linked to information about how providers use cookies. In the Cookie Tool you can find more information about the providers we use.

Some of the providers transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA. In our Privacy Policy we describe in more detail what this means.

Cookies you can consent to

The cookies we describe below are only used if you have consented to them. Your consent is of course voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time. You can withdraw the consent you have given on the website by clicking the “Cookie preferences” link in the website footer and changing your choices. If you stop subscribing to our newsletters, they will no longer be analyzed as described below.

Marketing

We use cookies to show you relevant marketing when you visit other websites and platforms, and to measure how effective our marketing is. We also use information about you to tailor our marketing to others, i.e. to understand which audiences resemble you and may therefore be interested in our products. We do this using marketing services from, for example, Meta and Google.

These tools mean that you see search results and banner ads from us based on the analysis of how you have used our website and on other information that our providers hold about you (so-called “profiling”).

Here you can make choices about the marketing you see from Google. Here you can find more information about your choices on Instagram, and here you can change your ad settings on Facebook.

If you block or delete these cookies, you will see less relevant marketing.

Analytics

To improve our website and our offering, we use cookies from analytics tools that collect and analyze information about:

  • your encrypted IP address,
  • your geographic location,
  • how you use the website, for example what you click on, where you are browsing from and how many times you visit the website, and
  • information that the analytics provider already holds about you.

Using this information, we can optimize features, understand user behavior and change the website to suit our visitors. We do this, among other things, using Google’s analytics service (Google Analytics). You can avoid the use of Google Analytics by downloading and installing this browser add-on.

If you block or delete these cookies, we will have a weaker basis for developing our website and our offering.

Strictly necessary cookies – essential

These cookies are important for our website and newsletters to work correctly. They are necessary to provide a service that you have explicitly requested, so you do not need to decide whether you want them to be used.

To tailor our newsletters

To analyze how you interact with our newsletters, we use cookie-like technology that collects information about how you interact with them, for example what you click on. The information is used to improve and adjust our newsletters to suit our recipients.

If you block or delete these cookies, we will not be able to tailor our offers and mailings to you.

To remember your choices

To remember whether you have given consent, we keep storing information about your consent using cookies provided by our consent solution.

If you use the website and have put items in your cart, we use cookies to remember that you have added an item to your cart.

If you block or delete these cookies, we cannot remember your choices. Instead, you will have to make the same choices again and again. In that case you will, for example, see our consent banner several times.

To keep you logged in

If you have logged in to your account, we use cookies to keep you logged in. This means we use functionality that remembers that you have logged in after you have entered your login details. The functionality is necessary to keep you logged in to your account and is only used while you are logged in.

If you block or delete these cookies, you will have to log in again.

For the website’s functionality

We use cookies to make the website work. For example, we use cookies to make our chat work, and to keep track of your session we use functionality that creates a unique ID for your session, which allows the website to work in the best possible way by recognizing you during your visit.

To adapt the website depending on whether you visit us on a phone, computer or other device, we use cookies that collect information about your device. Based on that information, we adjust the website view so that you see the website in the layout that suits the device you are using.

If you block or delete these cookies, the website will not work optimally.

This Cookie Policy was adopted by TPG AB on 28 October 2026.
